The Lodge

This custom pier-and-beam home brings together the welcoming character of a modern farmhouse with warm finishes and comfortable spaces designed for everyday family life. With approximately 2,100 square feet of living space and nearly 1,230 square feet of covered porches and decks, the home includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living area made for gathering, and our favorite part, a massive 8-foot tall crawlspace that spans the entirety of the home.

The exterior features classic board-and-batten siding, a standing-seam metal roof, black-framed windows, glass doors, and generous covered porches that feel right at home in the East Texas countryside. Inside, wood-look flooring, natural wood beams, large windows, oil-rubbed bronze accents, and two stacked-stone fireplaces create a relaxed blend of rustic warmth and clean, modern style. A custom kitchen island and butler’s pantry add function, storage, and plenty of room for family and friends.

The primary suite continues that same warm, peaceful feeling, while the spa-inspired bathroom features a freestanding stone tub, glass-enclosed shower, cream tile, dark hexagon flooring, and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures.
